1. Legal notice

Nihefesto is a fictional character. The texts, images, logos and videos on this site belong to their owner and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. Quotations from classical authors are used for educational purposes.

This site links to social networks and YouTube, which have their own terms. The owner is not responsible for third-party content.

When a brand sponsors one of the character’s things, its card will say so clearly with the words “Worn thanks to”.

2. Privacy policy

Controller: Nihefesto (nihefesto@gmail.com).

What data: only what you type into the contact form (name, email, subject and message).

Why: to answer your message and, if it is a sponsorship proposal, to discuss it with you. No advertising is sent and no data is shared with anyone.

Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box and sending the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

How long: as long as needed to deal with your message and at most two years, unless you ask for deletion earlier.

Where it is stored: in Nihefesto’s mailbox and, as a backup, in a private file on the web server that only the owner can access.

Processors: the web host (Hostinger) and the email service where messages are received (Google).

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to nihefesto@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

3. Cookies

This site sets no first-party or tracking cookies and uses no analytics. Fonts are served from this server.

YouTube videos do not load until you press “Play”. They then load from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, governed by Google’s privacy policy.
